PowerBoard 3.0 comes with high-quality components. To ensure stability and minimize noise, the board has a stable, high-performance motor, a clever damping system, and practical rubber feet. About 8 years ago I bought a massage pillow from Casada at the trade fair in Dresden. What I use today. This means that I know how high-quality and well thought-out the functionality and quality of Casada items is.
For 4 years I have been wishing for a PowerBoard like this. Because at that time I already stood on such a board for 10 minutes on a trial basis. I came to the fair that day with severe back pain, At first I was very skeptical and was afraid to steop on it. Afraid the pain will get worse.
But to my great surprise, my back was totally free of pain and relaxed. What you could hardly get away with physiotherapy with 10 massages. In the meantime the new, improved model with a more powerful engine has come into the market. To my delight you can now purchase it in installments. That’s why I was finally able to fulfill this long-awaited wish, I really need it badly.
It has 20 intensity levels for me, 3 to 5 minutes are enough on level 5. It moves the lower back muscles back and forth, stretches them, massages the intervertebral discs and loosens everything. After that I can move really well.
You have to know that my job is very physically demanding. I work rotating shifts for 12 hours a day. It’s a great shift system, which I love to do, I run 10 to 15 km per shift on a hard tiled floor in proper, heavy safety shoes, which tense up my muscles.

Timo is 15 years old and a former premature baby (30th week). He has tetraspasticity, epilepsy and shunt care. Due to puberty, epilepsy and growth, his spasticity has been stronger for about 2 years and for about 9 months Timo has been using the PowerBoard daily for 45-60 minutes on frequency 8.
